Type Test: Every new material or material after major modification will be re-assessed by type test covering all the function and quality performance.
Incoming material checking: 100% Checking the electric strength, electric leakage, temperature operation point for thermostat. 100% Checking of the heating element cold status resistance. Sampling check of PCB performance by DC source. Sampling check of the metal parts or chrome coating parts salt spray test.
Online integrated testing: HV test: High voltage at 1800V 3s. LC test: leakage current test, GR: grounding resistance, ES: Electric Strength work at 1.1 times of rated voltage.
Finish Quality Checking: every instant water heater will be tested with water, and high pressure. checking if there is water leakge and if the power is in range and function, user interfacce are working properly.
