In the event of such a failure, the following parts should be checked:

1. Check whether the water pressure is stable. Observe the water output. If it is large or small, it indicates that the water pressure is unstable. At this time, the water flow should be adjusted or a booster pump should be added to the faucet to increase the pressure.

2. Check whether it is multi-channel water supply. For multi-channel water supply, if the outlet pipe is longer than 3m, because the water heater will heat immediately when it is turned on, the water pipe will dissipate and absorb heat during the hot water transfer process, so that the temperature inside the water heater has reached very high, but the temperature of the shower water is relatively high. In the case of low water temperature, once the user feels that the water temperature is very low, the user must increase the gear. This will easily cause an over-temperature alarm. When the water heater stops working, the water temperature will decrease. Sometimes the water temperature is too hot and sometimes cold.

3. Check whether there is a stable voltage (220V) when the water heater is working. When the voltage drops, the actual working power of the water heater will also decrease, and the temperature of the outlet water will decrease. Therefore, it is recommended that you do not use other high-power appliances at the same time when using the water heater.
