The cast aluminum heating element refers to a heater in which the material of the main element heating body is die cast together with the tubular heating element and the metal aluminum. It was invented based on the increasingly exposed defects of the traditional heating mode of the instant electric water heater.

The Structure of Cast Aluminum Heating Element

The tubular electric heating element is bent into a three-dimensional circuitous type and enters the mold together with the stainless steel waterway. The Advantages of Cast Aluminum Heating Element

The water path is completely isolated from the heating element, and the water gradually rises in the process of flowing in the pipeline. It is a low-temperature circulating "living water" heating principle, which avoids the scale problem caused by high-temperature hydrostatic heating, and theoretically does not produce scale at all; It has the advantages of long life and corrosion resistance.

1.       Heat conduction principle: the heat source generated by the electric heating device is rapidly transmitted to the integrally cast metal filler through the pipe wall (the metal material has very fast thermal conductivity), so that the temperature of the whole metal can be evenly dispersed, the temperature within the unit area of the heating element can be reduced, the heat load of the heating element can be reduced, and the heat exchange can be conducted with all the water in the three-dimensional surrounding water flow channel at the same time to improve its thermal efficiency, The acceleration of the heat source dispersion speed not only improves the thermal efficiency, but also slows down the aging of the heater, controls the generation of scale, and prolongs its service life.

2.       The gap between the heating pipe and the water flow channel is filled with metal materials. Therefore, the surface of the heating element and the water channel is completely isolated from the air, eliminating the possibility of surface oxidation. The water channel is surrounded by a whole stainless steel pipe without joints, welding spots and welds, completely eliminating the risk of water leakage and corrosion caused by welding. (water - stainless steel water flow channel pipe wall - integrally cast filling layer - heating pipe wall - insulation layer - heating element) its structure completely prevents the contact between water and electric heater elements, and even in the case of water pipe or electric heater pipe rupture, it will not let the electric heater elements get wet or contact with water, so as to realize the separation of water and electricity in a real sense.

3.       The heater has a compact structure. The water pipe is wrapped around the heating pipe and made of stainless steel. It is an ultra long water channel and has a large heat exchange area. Using the good thermal conductivity of cast aluminum, the thermal conversion efficiency is greatly improved, and the thermal efficiency is more than 92%.

4.       Integral casting of metal materials. Withstand voltage 2000V / < 0.5ma/6s without breakdown, flashover and alarm, which is far higher than the durable voltage 1250v / < 5mA / 3s of IEC standard. The water pressure resistance is above 1MPa, and when the water pressure is 0.1MPa, the outlet water flow of the heater is 4L / min.

5.       The water inlet and outlet interfaces are connected with high-pressure stamping interfaces without welding spots, completely eliminating the problem of corrosion and water leakage at the inlet and outlet of traditional heaters due to welding. Moreover, the non-metallic water pipes at the inlet and outlet are connected with movable joints (safety insulation). When installing, disassembling and maintaining the water inlet switch and water outlet pipe, it is easy to operate without disassembling the heater.
