At this time, the power supply should be cut off, the cover should be opened, and the connections of all strong current parts should be checked to see if there is short circuit caused by circuit burning or the heating element is charged due to the disconnection of wiring connections. After the maintenance is completed, power on again. If the fault is solved, the machine can display and work normally, and E1 code is no longer displayed.

2. Overtemperature fault of instantaneous electric water heater

When the water heater is in the heating state, when the machine detects that the water temperature at the water outlet exceeds 55 ℃, the overtemperature protection will be started. The machine will display the code E2 and give an alarm sound. The heater will stop heating until the temperature of the heater drops below 55 ℃, and the machine will reheat again. At this time, the water outlet temperature of the machine can not be higher than 55 ℃ under normal working conditions by lowering the gear or increasing the water flow.

3. Instantaneous electric water heater sensor fault

When the machine detects the short circuit or open circuit of the temperature sensor, it will enter the fault state of the temperature sensor, the screen will display the code E3, and the alarm will sound at the same time. The machine will stop the operation authority of other functions. At this time, the machine cover should be opened to check whether the data transmission line of the temperature sensor at the inlet and outlet is intact or whether the plug-in between the data line and the control board is intact.

4. Dry burning fault of instant electric water heater

When the gear selected by the operator is too high (the power is too large) during the normal operation of the machine, the machine will display E4 code. At this time, the operator should quickly lower the gear of the machine and find the appropriate gear according to the water output.
