Storage Electric water heater

Advantages: Simple and convenient installation; The power is relatively small, and the requirements for wires are low. It can be installed and used in general families; It can supply water in multiple ways. It can not only bathe, but also wash hands and vegetables.

Disadvantages: with a large volume of water tank, it can only be installed on the load-bearing wall, which also affects the beauty of the open bathroom. It needs to be preheated before use. It is not allowed to continuously use water exceeding the rated capacity. If there are many family members, they have to wait in the middle of the bath. In addition, the unused hot water after washing will slowly cool down, causing waste. When the water temperature is high, it is easy to scale. It is troublesome to clean the dirt, and the unclear will affect the service life of the heater.

Gas water heater

Advantages: fast hot water, only 5 seconds; The amount of hot water can be unlimited and can be supplied in multiple ways; The power is smaller than that of the water storage type.

Disadvantages: the water pressure should not be too small, otherwise it will not ignite; Combustion consumes oxygen, so it cannot be installed in the bathroom. It needs to be installed in a well ventilated room to avoid flameout of the anoxic water heater; Because it cannot be installed in the bathroom, the water supply pipeline is relatively long, and it takes tens of seconds to wait; Exhaust gas shall be discharged outdoors to avoid poisoning; It is necessary to install a flue, which will affect the appearance.

Instant electric water heater

Advantages: fast hot water, only 3 seconds; The amount of hot water is not limited, and it can supply water continuously; Small size and exquisite appearance; Convenient installation and use; How much hot water is needed, how much electricity is used, and less energy consumption; The constant temperature model can realize multi-channel water supply.

Disadvantages: the power is high, and at least 2.5mm2 copper core special line wires need to be reserved (some southern area customers can use 1.5mm2 wires).

Solar heater

Advantages: safety, energy saving and environmental protection; Multiple water supply is available.

Disadvantages: the installation is complex, and improper installation will affect the appearance and quality of the housing and the appearance of the city; Maintenance is troublesome. Since solar water heaters are installed outdoors, most of them are on the roof and roof, it is difficult to maintain compared with electric water heaters and gas water heaters; On cloudy days, the water temperature is not hot enough, there are exhaust holes, and the heat dissipation is fast. Those with auxiliary electric heating are very power consuming. Generally, more hot water is used at night. When the water temperature drops, the electric heating is started, and the water is hot when the day is bright, and the role of the sun is not great; Vulnerable to lightning strikes.

Air energy water heater (also called heat pump water heater)

Advantages: safe; Environmental friendly and energy conservation; Multiple water supply is available.

Disadvantages: huge volume, occupying space; Due to local differences, the average temperature in the northern region has no obvious energy saving effect; Generally, it is installed on the roof or the ground. For the middle floor, it is installed on the balcony to affect the beauty; The price is high.
