1、 Water Leakage

Solution: first of all, check whether the pressure relief valve leaks. If the water pressure is higher than 0.75mpa, the pressure relief valve will release water to protect the water heater. After the water pressure decreases, the pressure relief valve will recover and stop discharging water. Close the inlet valve, or turn the inlet valve as small as possible when using. Also, check whether there is water leakage at the connection of the inlet and outlet. If there is water leakage, add a gasket or reinstall it with adhesive tape; If there are no problems in the above two places, it is that there is water leakage inside the machine, and professional maintenance personnel should be sent to the door for maintenance.

2、 Air Switch or Circuit Breaker Tripping 

Solution: if there is a electric tripping, turn off the switch of the electric water heater first, and then turn on the air switch. If the trip still occurs, the external circuit of the water heater should be short circuited. Check the external circuit. Of course, you can't understand the circuit, so you can only call the maintenance personnel to come to the door; If the water heater does not trip again, start it normally. If the water heater still trips after a few minutes, it indicates that the air switch has failed. If the water heater trips once it is started, it indicates that the water heater has failed. Professional maintenance personnel should be sent to repair it.

3、 The water heating indicator is also on, but no hot water is available

Solution: first adjust the temperature to the highest level, then turn down the water inlet, and observe that if the water temperature rises rapidly, it indicates that the temperature and water volume are not properly adjusted; Thirdly, if the water mixing valve is used for the instant water heater, the cold water end shall be closed during use. If the water temperature rises normally, it indicates that there is a problem with the water mixing valve and it needs to be adjusted; If the problem is still not solved after adjustment, it means that the water heater itself is broken.

4、 The water temperature is not stable.

Situation 1

First, observe whether the water flow rate is too large or small, indicating that the water pressure is unstable. Then, adjust the water flow; Secondly, for multi-point water supply, if the water outlet pipe is long and longer than 3 meters, because the water heater is open and hot, the water pipe will radiate and absorb heat during the hot water transmission, so that the temperature inside the water heater is already very high, but the water outlet temperature of the shower is very low. If the water temperature is low, it is necessary to adjust the high gear. In this way, it is easy to give an over temperature alarm. At this time, the water heater stops working and the water temperature will decrease, The water temperature changes from cold to hot, so it is recommended to adjust the bathing water temperature to 37 ~ 42 ° C; If it still cannot be ruled out, check whether the voltage of the water heater can reach 220 V when it is working at full power. If the voltage decreases, the actual working power of the water heater will also decrease, which will cause the outlet water temperature to decrease at the same time. Therefore, it is recommended not to use other high-power appliances at the same time when using the water heater.

Situation 2

If the water inlet valve is closed when the water temperature reaches about 42 ° C in the process of use, because the power of the water heater is very high, there is still a lot of residual heat in the heating body after power failure. Therefore, when the water inlet valve is opened again after several minutes, the fresh water is very hot, and it shows that the water temperature rises rapidly or even overtemperature. At this time, with the continuous injection of cold water, the water temperature starts to drop rapidly, so it is easy for the water temperature to change from cold to hot, Therefore, do not close the water inlet during use. If it is closed, do not directly align the shower with yourself when reopening to avoid scalding. 5、While using, the display is on, but no heating.

Solution: first, if the heating lamp is on, reduce the water inflow and increase the gear. If the water temperature rises rapidly and the water outlet is hot, it indicates that it is normal; If the water temperature still does not change and the outlet water feels cold, it indicates that the water heater has failed. If not, check whether the water inlet and outlet pipes are connected reversely. If the water pipe is not connected reversely, disassemble the water inlet pipe directly and check whether the black floating magnet at the water inlet is stuck. If it is stuck, lift it up to make the floating magnet move. At the same time, clean the water inlet, and the fault can be eliminated.
